Mortgage rates haven't moved much today, which means they're still relatively low. According to Zillow, the average 30-year fixed rate is holding at under 6%, currently 5.98%. That's a year-over-year decrease of 61 basis points. The 15-year fixed rate is 5.50%, down 73 basis points since this time last year.
